This is a commission I did for a lovely lady who should join deviant art so I can plug her page here ~~> lol.
Her name is Delirium and she's inspired by a charcter from the Sandman comics. She's a bit o a spacecase like myself but unlike myself has a fish balloon. I wish I had a fish balloon...
